This farm sat on the southeast corner of Ridge and Ford Roads for over 75 years until it was razed around 1990. The distinctive diagonal of Ridge road is seen at the top right of this photo (it is still curved like this today). The corner where the farm once stood is technically still empty, but the Vintage Valley subdivision development was built in 2000 and spans the entire corner section from Ford on the north to Saltz on the south. This entire area has been fully developed in the last 40 years, both Ford and Ridge are now paved and there is a traffic light at the intersection. The Park West Apartment complex was built in the field opposite the farm across Ford Road and opened in 2019.
