Elm's Estate Mobile Home Park (12935 Lake Blvd., Lindstrom). For a brief time in the mid-1960s the site was the Chisago Lakes Par 3 Golf Course. It was a short iron course with nine grass greens that was built and operated by Conrad Gustafson and opened for public play on Saturday, June 8, 1963
