My husband, Ronald Christensen, our daughters, and I were members here at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, of Rosehill Township. It was located south of Westbrook, MN, in Cottonwood County. The church closed and merged with Faith Lutheran in Westbrook in 1974. The new congregation was then named Grace Lutheran, and is still in existence today. I am not sure what became of the building, but there is a machine shed standing in place of the church. This was built by the family who bought the site. It was a lovely country church, and many who were baptized, confirmed, worshiped, or had family funerals there, have many precious memories.
