This is my families home now. My parents puchased it in 1983. Most of the out buildings are gone (due to disrepair) except for the hog barn which is on the far, lower left. The sandpit in the back is mostly gone as well since much of it was used in construction of the city dike system in the 90's. Our basement walls are covered in barn board from the large barn and there have been additions made to the house including a 4 car garage and loft space. The Bunkhouse, a bed and breakfast works out of our new tin barn/indoor arena. Both silos are still standing and one is a room you can sleep in and see all the way to the ceiling.
