This is the farm I grew up on. My dad was James McDonald who bought the farm from his father Eugene McDonald (yes...old McDonald DID have a farm) who bought it in the late 1920s. My Dad sold the farm in 1998.Not a lot has changed. A new barn and shed was built in the mid 1970s in the area where "vintage" is printed on the proof. The house was re-sided with green siding in the early 1980s and the front porch was removed. A pole shed was build in the mid 1980s.
