The only home I ever knew until just about 16 years of age. The Kendrick family lived here for some 17 years. In some records, it is known as the Kohner House. It evidently served as a funeral home briefly before the Kendricks moved in. I had no idea it had been photographed. I wish to purchase a copy.

I can't bear to look at pictures taken since the early 1980s as they gutted the inside of the house with it's great brick fireplace, amazing wood work and banister. The main large trees to the immediate right of the house are still there, but many others have gone. Lilac bushes are gone; apple tree is gone; large evergreen tree is gone. The sheds and barn are gone. There is much else I could tell. This was a great old house, built by the same New York architect who built the Winona Court house

I'm the current owner of the property and I have restored the house back to the original drawings that are on a skroll.
