"Silver Creek Community Church"
The church was built in 1964. However, the church started in 1894, and the congregation originally met in a church off of County Road 8 NW.
The church is still there. Recently, the roof was redone and so it looks a little different than in the photo.
The parking lot has been paved since the photo was taken.
There are now houses across the street from the church.
