Another view of Barclay Stables, Elmwood Rd., Mt. Laurel

My family and I currently live at the location at which this farm once stood. We recently purchased an adjacent property which also used to be part of the farm. That property contained the large and small riding arenas shown on the right-hand side of the photo. These two arenas are still somewhat visible today. Our intent is to preserve this property from further development.

Further research has confirmed that this property was WIN EEE Stables owned by Emil Jablonski and his wife, Marguerite from the late1950's to around 1986 when the property was sold to Ron Perozzi. The buildings shown in the picture (clockwise from left to right) are of the main residence, main barn (long building) and concrete barn which housed a tack room, an area with lockers for the boarders, two to three stalls, an attic and a saddle shop operated by Russ Kenny for several years. On the right-hand side, the two fenced areas were referred to as the Upper Ring (large oval) and the Double Ring (smaller circle). On the lefthand side, the smaller fenced area was called the Toothpick Ring. Behind the main barn (long building) was the Lower Ring. Around 1995, the property was sold to a builder and developed as Knightsbridge Estates. As mentioned in my previous comment, the area containing the Upper Ring and Double Ring is a two-acre parcel that is being preserved.
