House was built in 1952 by Clemens Stinebrickner for Anna Parsons. She never lived there long. Always rented house. In 1975, Robert and Rita Higby bought house. Built the porch in 1977 and the garage in 1978. They dug the pond to drain the swampy land. Higbys moved in july 1986 and rented the house. In 1987 or 88 they sold the house to Leonard and Darlene Eddy. Picture shows North American van lines tractor owned and driven by Bob.
