I bought this 10 ac property from the Rock family in 2012 and have taken down all the buildings.
This parcel fits perfectly with a parcel of land I had purchased in 1976 partly from the Waite Estate and partly from the Rocks. Together these parcels now form one of the most desirable commercial corner lots along busy US Route 4
