Old Sunset Lake Sportsman's Clubhouse. The clubhouse was erected sometime in the early 20s by prominent families in Raleigh as a summer getaway. After the Great Depression, it was used as a boat rental and fishing business. It is now the Sunset Lake Homeowners Association main building.
