Known historically as the Joe John Yates house. Joe John's (1862-1841) wife was Sarah Jane Baucom, dau of Levi Dennis Baucom and Clothilde Hopson Baucom. The last resident was Joe John and Sarah Yate's granddaughter, Hazel Yates Jacobs Lanier (husb Johnny P Lanier). Hazel Lanier's heirs sold the property in the mid 2000's. The driveway is now the entrance to the Copperleaf subdivision on Morrisville Parkway across from Ferson Rd and east of East Ferrell Rd in Wake Co NC. This property traces back to Joe john Yates' parents Hinton Yates (1821-1891)and Mollie P Batchelor Yates and grandparents Jesse Yates (1795-1860) and Mylia Harrison (but I think Harward).
