This is the John Garst Farm, which is listed on the National Registry. It is now known as Mohican Gardens and a greenhouse is located behind the house and barn. The field in the background has now been turned into a 2-1/2 acre lake, partially due to a spring which kept the field wet most of the season. The house, barn and corncrib are still standing on the property, although the corncrib has been relocated multiple times and now sits about where the tree is in the upper right hand corner of the picture. Not sure when the original log home was removed, but it no longer exists. www.mohicangardens.com
