By the 90s it was no longer a gas station, but the Marathon sign remained until probably ~2008. It was the Cozy Corner, a small restaurant and convenience drive-thru (may have still had gas at that point) in the mid-90s, then became Lone Pine, an antique shop, which closed in the early 2000s. Lot sold at auction and everything was torn down -- supposedly the buyer hoped to build a convenience store drive thru, but there were no available township licenses to sell beer. The Iron Pony Saloon, caddy corner to this, built their own and did very well.
