This is where Dixon Hill Road meets Rt Neffs-Bellaire Road in Neffs, Ohio. You can see the corner of a baseball diamond in the top right. The small "village" of Quincy sat on the other side of the baseball diamonds until flooding took it out for the last time in June of 1989. There used to be a train station in Quincy.
Quincy is still livable, and there are those who still do. The flood in June 14, "flood of tears" was in 1990, bot 1989, as I was there and have parents who still live in that area.
This is where I live and have lived almost all my life. There is now a new garage, the house is a different color and the trees are different. Also the little house in the back was torn down to make room for the garage.
