Hi Margaret,
Do you know what year Everett built the home? Do Everett and his wife still live on the property?

Everett C. Powell died in 1978 or 1979. Mary continued to live in the house until her passing in 1990. The home was then sold to the Haddix family. I am not sure if they still reside in the home.
