This is The Schraub Family Farm also known as Sunny Brook Farm. Owned by Henry and Gladys Schraub.

We have noticed after zooming in on this print that our parents, Henry and Gladys are standing in the lane near the pond and at the end of the sidewalk near the car.. Great find.
