Now it is - Renewed Strength Church. Go by this place a lot.

Initially the small Westlake School was built here in 1891, then it was greatly expanded in 1901 and 1915. It operated until 1963, and eventually became Renewed Strength Church [whose pastor lives in another repurposed school, coincidentally].
