The house dates from 1845. The large barn (rounded roof) from the late 1940's. It was a working dairy farm in the 20th century, and the home and barn were lovingly restored by Rick & Rita Anderson who lived there from 1988- 2013. It presently is owned by Brian & Elizabeth Smith, and the farm is known as Wren Farm (a nod to the original owner of the home in 1845.
