Berlin Elementary School
Berlin Elementary, Delaware County, Ohio.
I went to 5th & 6th grades here, 1962-1964. FIne old building with so much beautiful wood, enormous windows, open staircases.
Such a shame our old schoolhouses were demolished rather than re-purposed as arts studios.
Or continued as de-centralized learning centers, or specialty schools.
Went to third grade here in 1971-72. My teacher's name was Mrs. Bagley.
The white building next to the school was our cafeteria.
Sadly, it was razed around 1975.
