Parents moved here when I was 5 months old. Lived here until I got married. The barn has been replaced, and the long chicken house in upper right has been down sized. House has been remodeled and current owner keeps it in very good shape. Lots of memories bringing cows from pasture to barn for milking, picking blackberries along the lane in upper right, and playing in creek which is not shown.

Yes lots of memory's there. I have that photo. Look at my old Ford truck by the milk house.I always kept an old truck there to haul items back to the dump. The other small building is missing by the milk house, as when Dick crashed his plane in the small 4 acre field, he tore it down so that he could pull his plane out through there. The bath room was on at this date, and we both were in high school when we abandoned the 2 holler. I think this was taken in the early 60's, as Calvin and I had cleaned up the north orchard. Great find Sis.

You and I were both married when this was taken. And one of us might have still been living in the chicken house.

I Curtis ( Butch Cutler) made the above commitments. 2 corrections, the year as noted was 1968, and my sis and I had both built our new homes on east Powell road. Karen, and John Foulke might have been still living in the the chicken house.
