This home was originally owned by I believe the Sark family? My parents purchased the home with 50+ acres, around 1973 I think..My father remodeled the original lap sided home and bricked the entire house. He built the horse barn and put in the 1/3 mile race track to break and train our Standard Bred horses. The back portion of this farm had a large area of black walnut trees. He eventually built another home in the back of the property and sold the original home to my oldest sister and her family. I loved the beautiful curved open stairway in the front and a beautiful chandelier hung above. We normally used the back stairway...how boring...lol
