This house was originally built by SB Ford about 1850 as a New England style farmhouse. Later members of the Ford family operated a 125 acre dairy farm. Over the years the farm were sold off and the house had various rental residents. In 1972 Willam Dornback bought the property which contained 3 and a half acres. The Dornback family occupied the house until 1975 when it was sold to June and Bob Leeper, the present residents (2018).
