i think that this is Toni's ice cream stand and Point view bar, in Parkman Ohio. Toni's (i think that was the name) burned down in the late 80's. they built a big ice cream place in that spot. the bar is closed but the house is still there. there is a huge billboard in the front yard. someone correct me if i am wrong.

The ice cream stand is a Dari Whip in this photo. It is the Frozen Dee Lite today.
