Can this picture be made clearer.

Yikes! This is one of the blurriest I've ever seen. Since this was the first exposure on this roll the pilot was probably moving quite a bit after changing his film? We can sometimes apply sharpening to images to bring back some detail but I'm afraid this one is going to have to live as an abstract art piece.
