Located in the southwest quadrant of the intersection of E. Centerville and Waynesville Rds, the house and other buildings were located approximately 965 feet south of E. Centerville Rd. on Waynesville Rd. The farthest back I can trace the house is to 1956, it was deteriorating by the 70's. The land is currently under development.
