2587 Penewit Rd - Known as Locust Wood Farm, owned by Mr. and Mrs. Herbert E. Whalen Jr when this photo was taken. The farm was the permanent home of the Miami Valley hunt, founded in 1960. It was recognized by the Masters of the Foxhounds Association of America in 1966.
