The Eliza Watkins farm on the south side of Rt 303 west of Pitts Rd, Pittsfield. Today a busy farm with a lot more barns. Mrs Watkins grandparents, Mr and Mrs James Probert cleared the land across the road in the 1860s. Eliza operated the farm with help from her brother Louis until 1951.
