Owners from 1981-2007. Carlos 'Will' Avery House, National Register of Historic Places. Aka the "Old Brick" so named by Lu Keppler, great-grandaughter and long time Lorain Journal writer.

I've admired this house as I have driven by many times. The east side of Rt 58 just south of Merriam Rd.
