I can't believe we found our house! In 1968! ;) we bought the house in august 1977. I'm going to try and find some other pictures of our house. I need to go to the court house again and do more sleuthing. I'm so excited!!

We know that Richard (Dick) Pence was born here. He stopped one day, after we had moved in , and tols us that. Then we heard from Marsha Havenar Baker, that her grandparents, the Havenars, used to live here. She said she remembers that until about 25 yrs before we bought the house, that there wasn't any plumbing in the house. Her grandfather didn't believe in it.

Please excuse my mistake. I meant to add this also to my note. Her grandmother Havenar, shortly after her grandfather died, she had plumbing put in the house. ;) If I find anything else out, I will let you know. Regards, Kathy Tripp Lewis
