My family of 3 lived in the house in the upper right corner of the photo. Sadly after many floods, the flood caused by hurricane Ivan surrounded the house with nearly 40 inches of water and the mold damage that we could not prevent caused us to qualify for FEMA help to relocate to higher ground, but our home was demolished in the spring of 2009 so no one would be able to live in that location again.

The store that I got my first Reese Cup......yep, I sat right their on the front step. I was five years old.

My friends and I would hide in the back yard there when we played hide and seek and eat the Concord grapes that grew on the vines for years after no one uses those buildings. Good times. 😊
