I grew up in this house, originally built for the town doctor in 1901by C. Slack (local family still there) before being a dairy farm for the Davis Family. My family, the Bakers, moved into the house in 1975 until 1998.

The original homestead from the 1870's is the white barn in the middle right behind the house, which was taken down around 2000. The other barns were demolished in the 1980's by their respective owners (the farm was broken up in the mid-70's).
