Property owned 1960 to ca. 1968 by my parents, David and Rose Benson. The family lived in a basement home already present on the property when purchased until a home was built above it in 1966. Subsequent owner added to the house on the east (left) side, and paved the driveway, installed lamps along the drive. Dad turned the swampy area in front to a pond around 1964. The multiple trunked cottonwood tree is multiple trunk because my dad kept cutting it down as a seedling. He didn't like the mess cottonwoods create. Subsequent owners let it grow, thus the multiple trunks. Dad planted the maple tree next to the house and fruit trees on the hill side to the left.
