Forest Park Auction Mart. This must have been the roller rink mentioned in the comments on photo 23. Listed as "Forest Park" in the 1950 directory but I didn't realize it meant an actual amusement park. Towards the right upper corner is a round spot on the ground. In ODOT aerial 295-3-28 you can see it was a round building, maybe a carousel. There was another large building at the corner and 4 smaller ones. Also a large mysterious "clock" marked out on the ground with markers around the edge.

In the foreground is the drive to the Forest Park Cabins and Trailer park (motel).
