The "Pink Elephant" restaurant, later named "Mardy's" while owned by Betty Mardigan, later was renamed "Ken & B. J.'s" after Betty's daughter Betty Jane took it over. The location is now a vacant lot, after the State of Ohio took part of the property for road improvements. My wife was working there as a cook when we married in Oct. 1973. She had also worked there back in the mid 1960's.
