This could be Lone Elder Store at the corner of Hwy 170 and Lone Elder Rd in Canby.
Don't think its Lone Elder store because the store is a two story. They would have had to completely renovate it to look like it does now. Plus there is not house right next to it :-) The road which would be Lone Elder has a dip by where the truck is on the road.
Lone Elder. Building was a tavern in the seventies. Burned down and was replaced by Lone Elder store.
