Route 183 and the original site of the Gruber Wagon Works and the William Penn Inn-Mt Pleasant is 1/4 mile to camera left NE. The Wagon Works is in the lower left and the Hotel is across Gruber Road. The Wagon Works was physically moved in the 1970's by the Army Corps of Engineers to save it as a historic building and prevent it's destruction by the Blue Marsh Lake project that inundated the Pleasant Valley and Blue Marsh areas. The Inn was destroyed.
