We own the property now and a lot has changed. We’ve taken down a lot of the overgrown trees.
I think this farm is on Humphrey Road in Slippery Rock. If so, it was originally built by William Humphrey around 1900. In 1907 he “sold” it to his son, J. Roy Humphrey and wife Nellie, who then sold it to Ford W. “Red” and Sally Ellenburger.
