Mobilgas is now a donut and pizza shop. Houses are still standing as well. Petro occupies the upper Motel sign lot.

MobilGas is now a RISE Medical marijuana shop. House above it was Kutz's Harness Shop. I lived in the next place up, it was a double house. McDonalds now sits in the lot above it and the half of the house I lived in is now part of McDonald's parking lot.
