We moved into the 2 story home on the left July 4, 1975. We bought our home from John & Mary Arendas. We raised our son & daughter there. My husband was coalminer & I taught in the Albert Gallatin School District. My last job was teaching 1st grade at D. Ferd Swaney Elementary School. We sold our home May 2010 & hope the couple that bought it make as many wonderful memories there as our family did.
