This was Charles Carpenter's Char-Mar Farm. most of the buildings have been torn down. Several modern homes have been built on the property.
The red pin on the map is tagging the Mail Pouch barn in the photo above. The Mail Pouch barn is ID'd as MPB 38-30-16 on the Mail Pouch Barnstormer's website.
This may not have been the Char-Mar Farm. I think it sat on West side of Graysville village, now at intersection of Martin Road, Ackley Creek, and Rt 21 W., and below the former Graysville School. There's a newer home built on site.
