Owned by David and Cassie Sulouff, bought by Joseph and Mary Sheesley in 1874, bought by Joseph's son, George in 1912, bought by George's son John in June 1946, John's widow Iva remarried to Roy D. Book in 1961. Roy and Iva sold the farm in 1987 to Mr. & Mrs. Fellabella. McWilliams bought it next.
