Was New Stanton borough building?
This was the original New Stanton Borough building on Center Avenue. The building itself was originally Mellon Bank. When Mellon built a new building (now Citizens Bank), this building was donated to the borough and literally moved up Center Avenue a quarter mile to this location. New Stanton Borough built a new building and this building is now empty.
