This is what remained of the Cantwell Plantaion. The white frame house was built from parts of the old plantation home. The remainder of the house at that time was to the left of the farm house. The building to the north east of the farm house was a grainery made of old logs and the small building on the far right was a corn crib. This is a small building is the small one past the oblong building. Many of the are no longer standing. There was a milk house that no longer stands but the little pond is still fed by the underground spring.
