Most of the picture is the Gilt Edge Gin which, as I mentioned on another one of the images, is mostly gone. In the bottom left is what until very recently was the Gilt Edge Cafe. I think the sign here says "Smith Pit Bar-B-Q," but I know the restaurant was originally built to feed the gin workers and farmers who came to the gin, and it's had a handful of names/owners over the years. It wouldn't become the Gilt Edge Cafe until 1985.
