This is in Frisco on Cottonwood St. It was built by Cotten Chandler for The Rex Talley family which lived in the house until the early 2000's. This house is in Ranch Estates that was farmland that was owned by the Woolenrich family who came to America escaping Germany during Hitler's reign. They came to America with less than $5.
