This was my grandparents home from 1935 to 1973. They had hogs, chickens and cattle on their farm. This photo was taken 8 years after the new owners bought it. They tore the barn and fences down, and put a Morton building in the middle of the garden! As for present day, everything has been bulldozed and all but the white two story section of the house remain. A contractor bought the farm and built a new country style house around the original section. I remember we received received a letter years ago asking us if we wanted arial photos of our property. The price was extremely high, even for 1981. We declined,cans therefore my boyhood home immediately next to this house is not included in your pics.
