Located South of Connorsville on Hwy 9 in Tiffany Town ship. Emil Beyrer owned this land. Jake and Pearl Kistner rented and lived in the big old house until it became so run down that nobody could live it in anymore. Emil purchased the quansit house from Menomonie, Wi, and had it moved to his property. Jake and Pearl then lived in that house. The quansit house burnt down in the mid 70's. The big house was torn down in the 1980's. Emil raised sheep on this farm. The place was known as "The Sutliff Place".
