Lucas School

This is Lucas Elementary School. Was part of the Menomonie School District. I taught here as a substitute teacher in a kindergarten room in February to June in 1986. Was a nice country school with just grades K to 4.

Attended elementary school here. Started out as grades 1-6. Later addition put on for kindergarden. Built around 1960.

Went to 1st & 2nd grade here, roughly 1987-88.
One teacher was Mrs. Lindabough (sp?) & the other was Mrs. Erickson. The classroom was set up with both grades on seperate halves of the room.
