This is now Turnmire Auto Repair located at W1710 Highway 16 and Badger Tuners located at W1704 Highway 16. The structures in this photo appear to mostly have been demolished by 2023. It looks like in 1973, this was a gas station, repair facility, and potentially a motel. A sign in the center green-space says Cafe/Motel.
